Third Age

Elladan was born on TA 130, along with his twin Elrohir. Elladan was born first to Elrond Peredhel and Celebrían. His gradfathers are Eärendil (never met him) and Celeborn, and his grandmothers are Elwing (never met her) and Galadriel. He loves his family, but his link with Elrohir is the strongest.

On TA 2509 Elladan rode with his twin to rescue their mother, Celebrían, who had been captured and tortured by Orcs at the Redhorn Pass. When she left Imladris, Elladan was not the same again.

On TA 3018, Elrond sent Elladan and Elrohir to scout the lands past the Silverlode. They left in November and returned in December with tidings about the movements of Sauron's allies. Later, he and his twin accompanied Halbarad to meet Aragorn, and passed with him through the Paths of the Dead. They fought at the Pelargir, and later at the Pelennor fields.

Fourth Age

Elladan and Elrohir stay in Middle-earth until Arwen dies. Nothing else is known of his last decision.

Personality: Elladan is impetuous and rash when it comes to protect his family or stop an Orc raid. Sometimes he feels more man than elf, but he has some prescience and a link to his twin. He likes books, but he likes the outdoors much more.
